For principal audiologist and owner of Fidelity Hearing Centre, Wesley Ong, the newest location of his innovative hearing clinic at Springwood Mall has special meaning.
Mr Ong grew up in the Springwood area and he and his family spend their daily lives within the community.
“I’ve always wanted to have a location close to home, so I could share with locals what I am passionate about. As an audiologist, I can see the direct impact I have on people’s confidence when their hearing improves.”
Mr Ong wanted to create an audiology clinic that looks and feels like no other. He is excited to see that come to life at Fidelity Hearing, with its modern design and layout.
“Springwood Mall has been a local landmark for decades, but with the recent renovations, it feels like a completely brand-new shopping centre. I knew this would be the perfect place to create the audiology centre I’ve been conceptualising for years.”

“Having my own audiology business for over eight years has made me rethink how we provide hearing care in Australia. I love innovation and working with people at the forefront of technology and service delivery.
“My journey in audiology has taken me around the world and this exciting experience has been funneled into the concept we built for our new Springwood Mall store.”
Mr Ong said the Springwood Mall staff included other Logan locals who were excited to provide hearing care that was fresh and people-focused. Fidelity Hearing at Springwood Mall is open every day from 9am to 5pm.
