Accord Outreach are this Saturday (1 July) hosting a fundraising event to raise raise money for single-fathered families and male domestic violence victims.
Funds will go towards helping relieve the cost of moving, emergency accommodation and TICA rectification (rental black listing) for suffering families.
This event is on from 10am to 5pm at the Logan Hockey Club in Slacks Creek.
There will be plenty of activities for the whole family, including: market stalls, a pre-loved item donation-station, a canteen, and a hockey round-robin event (starting earlier at 7am).
There will be a bubble-popping contest for babies up to three years old, a colouring-in contest, a clothes line contest, live music and an animal adoption stall.
