Thank you for your residence financed news letter
I am proud to live in Greenbank Gardens with 214 homes, many of which are the homes of numerous dogs which are taken for “walks” both morning and evening by elderlies on to the Western Cycleway which traverses the boundaries of our village.
Some months ago I wrote to your council regarding the possibility of a small “Dog Park” adjacent to one of our boundaries so some of our elderly would not have to drive to Middle Park to access a “ dog park”.
I did not even get the courtesy of a reply from your councillors..
A half acre or so of a “dog park” adjacent to our southern gate could be provided for a pittance,, as an ex farmer a fence line of rabbit or pig wire with steel fence posts would be more than adequate with a few benches thrown in for comfort…
If council has insufficient finance for such a small facility I would like to know precisely the cost of your publication promoting nothing but Councillor Frazer.
With copies sent to our local papers, your reply would be appreciated..
