Women across Logan are invited to attend International Women’s Day Event “Tenacity” at Woodridge on Friday 10 March – a joint initiative of Queensland Police Service (QPS) and Logan District Cross Cultural Liaison Unit (CCLC).
“Tenacity” will feature music and activities from 10am at The Family Place on North Road, with a free sausage sizzle and face painting for the kids.
Logan City Council, Multilink, 4Voices, Lady Musgrave and Youth of the Streets have made donations to support the event, which will give Logan women a chance to come together to celebrate and connect with community organisations.
Where: The Family Place, 35A North Road, Woodridge
When: Friday March 10, between 10am and 12pm.
There will be a free halal sausage sizzle, nibbles, tea, coffee and fruit.
