A PIZZA delivery guy had a terror Saturday night when he was held at gunpoint and had his car stolen.
A Polair chase ended in an arrest of a man, aged 21.
Police allege the pizza driver, 18, was robbed at about 8.30pm, when he was returning to the Browns Plains store where he worked.
The man threatened the driver with a firearm, which was later discovered to be a gelblaster, and stole the car.
Police say the pizza driver was not physically injured.
The alleged thief left behind a different stolen car at Heritage Park.
He was tracked down in the stolen pizza driver car after it was tracked down by helicopter and stopped at around 9.10pm with tyre deflation deployment at Riverview.
The vehicle came to a stop soon after on the Logan Motorway at Gailes where the male driver and sole occupant was arrested without incident.
Detectives have charged a 21-year-old Browns Plains man with five offences including two counts each of armed robbery and unlawful use of a motor vehicle, and one count of enter premises with intent to commit an indicatable offence.
He has been denied police bail and is due to appear in the Beenleigh Magistrates Court tomorrow morning, February 6.
Police will allege the vehicle left behind was stolen earlier during an armed robbery of a Waller Road, Heritage Park convenience store soon after midnight Friday.
No one was physically injured during the robbery in which a man armed with a knife stole cigarettes and a vehicle.
