A Jimboomba community will be able to take advantage of a grants scheme being promoted by the developer of Riverton.
Riverton local groups and individuals can apply for between $500 and $3000.
Money supports local, grassroots community groups, sporting organisations and other charitable causes.
“Through this program we hope to share stories and shine a spotlight on groups and organisations who are doing great work in the local area,” AVJennings’ marketing executive Madelaine Tiscia said.
“Supporting them with funding, and helping these groups grow is something we look forward to contributing to.”
Previous beneficiaries of the grant have been Christmas Carols by JC Family Church, Jimboomba Cricket Club’s Pink Stumps Day for the McGrath Foundation, and a personal safety workshop with Jimboomba State School students by Bravehearts.
Applications close August 26.
