A Meadowbrook service station was robbed at gunpoint overnight.
Logan Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) detectives are looking for dashcam footage which can go with CCTV footage.
Around 11pm last Wednesday night, a man entered the Loganlea Road business and produced what is believed to be a firearm, pointing it at the female staff member and making demands for money.
The staff member, who was not physically injured, complied and the man fled on foot with a sum of money. Investigators believe the man left the scene in a waiting vehicle.
The man is described as Pacific Islander in appearance, around 180cm tall with a solid build and an olive complexion.
He was wearing a blue and white long sleeved flannelette shirt, a dark coloured beanie with a black shirt, black pants and a surgical face mask.
Investigators are appealing to anyone with information to come forward, and are asking homeowners, businesses and motorists in the vicinity to provide relevant CCTV or dashcam footage. Anonymous reports can be made.
