Raising money to keep Safe Haven going

WHITE Lady’s branch at Tanah Merah is helping Safe Haven Community raise awareness and funds to keep the much-needed charity going.

Safe Haven supports women and their children to be relocated to safe and secure locations to escape form violent domestic abuse situations. 

“We see firsthand too frequently the unfortunate deaths that are related to domestic violence, so we have aligned ourselves with Safe Haven to open more opportunities for community support,” a company spokesperson said.

“We are seeking donations for the World’s Biggest Dinner to raise funds for this worthy cause.  These items will be raffled with all monies raised going directly to Safe Haven.”

At 12pm, Sunday May 15, there will be a high tea at Fitzy’s Loganholme, with tickets being $40 per head.
