A total of 18 crews were called to a factory fire in Slacks Creek early Tuesday (27 June) morning.
Fire services were called to a computer factory, MSY Technology, on the corner of Randall St and Kingston Rd around 2.10am.
According to a QFES spokesperson, initial reports detailed large amounts of smoke, but by the time crews arrived the building (10 by 50 metres in size) was on fire both internally and externally.
The blaze was fully tamed by 4.45am, and no one was injured.
Investigators are currently on scene to determine the cause of the fire, but it is not believed to be suspicious.
MSY Technology is temporarily closed, and the team has reportedly contacted all affected-customers.
This marks the second Slacks Creek factory fire in recent history, with the first factory blaze taking the life of Izabella “Izzy” Nash.
Ms Nash was the first firefighter to die on the line of duty in South East Queensland since 1994.
The 1 May fire required over 40 firefighters and completely destroyed the factory.
