A man has reportedly been shot in the face and another man shot in the arm while in a car at Buccan overnight.
Emergency services were called to Hein Road today (Friday 16 June) around 2.20am following reports of two men with gun shot wounds.
The man shot in the face, a 24-year-old passenger in the vehicle, was transported to hospital in a serious condition.
The man shot in the arm, a 28-year-old driver of the vehicle, was transported to hospital in a stable condition.
Investigators are appealing for anyone who may have seen the victim’s vehicle, a silver 2020 Kia Cerato, in the Yarrabilba and Buccan area particularly in the area of Hein Road near The Aspect from 2am, to contact police.
Anyone with information or dashcam that could assist the investigation is asked to contact police.
