State government leaders have encouraged women and girls over 16 to fill out a survey that will shape Queensland’s first economic security strategy for women.
The strategy, spearheaded by the Department of Women, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships and Multiculturalism, will focus on improving opportunities and outcomes in the workforce, education, safety and housing sectors.
Queensland peak bodies, industry groups, community groups or organisations can also fill out the survey, which will be accepting responses until February via this link: women.qld.gov.au/taking-action/economic-security.
