A man is fighting for his life in hospital after he was found unconscious at an Eagleby boat ramp on 19 October.
Emergency services were called to the Logan River ramp at about 8.20pm following reports of an unconscious man.
“Emergency services attended where they located a man with significant injuries,” police said in a statement.
“He was transported to hospital in a critical condition.”
Police said investigations to identify the man and determine the cause of his injuries were ongoing.
Paramedics said the man, aged in his 40s, suffered “significant life-threatening injuries” to his head and chest following a “vehicle and pedestrian incident” on Logan Boat Ramp Lane at 8.12pm.
He was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital.
Police urge anyone with information to come forward.
