Five hospitalised in Logan Village car crash

Five people were taken to hospital after a car crashed into the corner of Miller Road and Quinzeh Creek Road in Logan Village at 8.11pm on Tuesday, 17 February.

All five patients were teenage boys, paramedics said.

Three of the boys were taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) in a potentially life-threatening condition with serious head, neck, back and arm injuries, according to paramedics

One boy remains in a critical but stable condition in the PAH’s intensive care unit, Metro South Health Media said.

The condition of the other two boys is unclear, Metro South Health Media said.

A further two boys were taken to Logan Hospital in a stable condition with face, neck and chest injuries.

Paramedics said only one car was involved in the crash and that the crash involved ‘entrapments’.
