“Our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive space where people feel supported to grow personally and creatively,” said Katrina Puranik, who leads the Artz Academy arm of the organisation. “We see the potential in every participant, and we work together to help them thrive.”
The dynamic team behind ACCESS Logan includes local changemakers like Elser Cartabio of Horizon Community Services, Anthony Do from Our Home Rehab, and Riaz Peter, a Clinical Hypnotherapist who is also collaborating with the Artz Academy to develop Arts Therapy classes. Each brings specialised knowledge and passion to support participants on their unique journeys.
Together, they offer everything from Support Coordination and Plan Management to psycho-social and employment supports—all tailored to meet individual needs.
But it’s not just about services—it’s about connection. ACCESS Logan runs casual games groups, social activities, tutoring, and even a Gaming Collective, creating opportunities for meaningful engagement while reducing isolation.
Through strong partnerships, community advocacy, and public engagement, ACCESS Logan Inc is also working to challenge stereotypes and promote the contributions and potential of people with disabilities.
