From sunrise to a star-filled night, the view dominates life at 20 Leah Drive.
The tri-level Belivah house sits high on 6472sq m, overlooking surrounding suburbs, rolling hills and the valley beyond.
Owner Varun said his family bought the property in November 2022 as a shared investment and place to live together.
They were drawn to its views, unusual design and the possibilities offered by the large block.
“I think it really drew us to it,” he said.
“Big land, so heaps of room to grow on it.”
Varun said the outlook changed throughout the day.
“You can see it early in the morning during sunrise, and when there are good stars out, it looks really nice at night as well,” he said.
The architecturally designed house features high ceilings, polished timber floors and several decks positioned around its north-eastern aspect.
Outside, a swimming pool and Bali hut create a resort-like setting, while goldfish move through a small waterfall pond beside the path.
The pool is also a favourite place for Varun’s border collie.
“He loves to go for a swim,” he said.
“That pool area is really good for him to run around, jump in the water and everything.”
Since buying the property, the family has installed boundary fencing, automatic gates and security cameras.
They have also laid a concrete slab with council approval for another shed, adding to the existing air-conditioned workshop.
Varun said the remaining land could accommodate gardens, a firepit, play areas or other projects chosen by the next owner.
“There’s so much room to grow at the property,” he said.
“It just depends on what the person that buys it personally wants.”
The house has marked an important period in Varun’s life.
His wife moved in with him, and the couple held their engagement party there before marrying in January.
They are now selling because they need to move closer to Brisbane.
“I love living at the property,” Varun said.
“If I didn’t have to sell it, I wouldn’t.
“I’m a young bloke. Life changes.”
