A 109-lot residential project at Logan Reserve is adding to the suburb’s growing greenfield housing market.
CFMG Capital says its Riverleigh project sits on 7.49ha in Logan Reserve’s growth corridor and will be developed into 109 residential lots.
The company says the multi-stage project sits in a residential development precinct, with completed projects immediately beside the site on two boundaries.
CFMG Capital says it has completed three nearby residential developments and more than 700 residential lots in the Logan area since 2018.
Riverleigh’s public community material says the estate will include parkland, a basketball court, grassy kickabout areas and picnic shelters.
The material says the parkland will also connect residents to the Logan River and neighbouring open space through walking and cycling trails.
The estate’s sales contact page lists an onsite sales consultant at 19 Pelham Street, Logan Reserve.
The project comes as public infrastructure continues to respond to growth in the area.
Logan City Council says construction of the Logan Reserve Road and School Road intersection upgrade is well underway and expected to be completed in July, subject to site and weather conditions.
The project includes traffic signals, signalised pedestrian crossings and longer turning lanes, with most works being carried out at night to reduce impacts during school hours.
The Department of Education says a new state high school for Logan Reserve is also under construction and is scheduled to open in Term 1, 2027.
The school will cater for Years 7 and 8 when it opens, before adding year levels progressively.
Together, the estate, roadworks and school project reflect Logan Reserve’s continuing shift into one of Logan’s major residential growth areas.
