A woman, 54, was robbed under threat from a “taser” while on an early-morning walk last week.
Police said the woman was walking along Benz St at Logan Central when a man and woman not known to her demanded her handbag.
When she refused, the woman produced a device similar to a taser and held it against her arm while making further demands.
After a struggle, the handbag was stolen. It contained a small amount of cash and personal belongings.
The thieves ran towards Wembley Road. The 54-year-old was not injured.
