Police investigate possible shooting at Munruben

Police are investigating after a man was injured in a reported shooting at Munruben on Tuesday night.

Queensland Police said emergency services received a report about 8.30pm on 2 June that a man had been shot at a Morris Creek Road property.

Police attended the property and secured the scene.

A 30-year-old man was taken into custody at the scene, but was later released without charge while investigations continued.

A 42-year-old man was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police said no further information was available.
