The Morrison Government’s $100 billion JobKeeper program is supporting more than 5300 organisations in Forde including businesses like Harvey’s Towing and recently opened Good Life Kindergarten & Child Care in Park Ridge.
Federal Member for Forde Bert van Manen MP said JobKeeper helped small businesses across Logan West to retain staff and continue trading during a once in a century pandemic.
“JobKeeper has saved livelihoods and kept businesses in business. It’s done exactly what we set it out to do – save jobs,” Mr van Manen said.
“JobKeeper has saved 25 jobs at Harvey’s Towing and countless others across Logan West.”
“We are extending that support to qualifying businesses and not-for-profits from 28 September 2020 until 28 March 2021.”
