Now, as a business owner and mentor, Jackie is dedicated to empowering both her clients and her team. What’s your International Women’s Day message?
Don’t be afraid to start a business. Progress, even in small steps, adds up over time. If you keep moving forward each week, the journey becomes less overwhelming.

What inspired you to pursue this career path?
I started in real estate in 2012 as an assistant when I was just 17. Having worked since I was 14 and tried different industries, I knew I wanted something involving people and customer service. I had always been fascinated by property, so real estate felt like the perfect fit. Within months, I knew this was my passion—it never really felt like “work.”

What advice would you give your younger self?
Work hard, keep learning, and take accountability for your life. You have the power to design the life you want—create a vision and chase it with everything you’ve got.

How do you positively influence the women around you?
As a mum in 2025, we wear many hats. I support working mums in my team by offering flexibility and understanding the unique challenges they face. I also strive to inspire other women in real estate to take the leap and start their own businesses. Empowering women to create their own success is something I’m truly passionate about.
