A truck driver from Marsden, aged 56, died at the scene of a multi-vehicle crash near Brassall.
Police said the Marsden man was driving a light truck east along the Warrego Highway on 19 November at around 12.45pm when it lost control and hit a b-double cattle truck and a car.
The man died at the scene.
No one else was seriously injured.
The Warrego Highway was closed for a number of hours and reopened about 1am the next day, police said.
