A series of workshops kick off this week, calling on the City of Logan community to share its views on the city’s future.
Three workshops will be on:
Saturday, February 20: 1pm – 3.30pm
Wednesday, February 24: 5pm – 7.30pm
Thursday, February 25: 10am -12.30pm
All sessions will be at the Gould Adams Community Centre, 558 Kingston Rd, Kingston.
Registrations for the sessions are essential and can be made online at haveyoursaylogan.com.au/vision
Council began rolling out an eight-month process last September to guide the development of the 2022-2027 Corporate Plan.
That plan sets priorities for Council investment in infrastructure (roads, libraries, water, waste and parks) and how programs and services will be delivered in the short, medium and long-term.
“The final community vision will help Council plan for the city’s future,” city lifestyle chair Laurie Koranski said.
“It will ensure the values and hopes of our community are at the heart of our decision-making.”
