A tribute show to Burt Bacharach is coming to Club Beenleigh.
Entertainer and performer Peter Cupples spearheads the show with his band, featuring timeless classics such as I Say a Little Prayer For You, I’ll Never Fall in Love Again, Raindrops Keep Fallin’ On My Head and Close To You.
They’re just a few from a catalogue of monster chart toppers written by Bacharach.
He is recognised as one of the most important and influential identities in the world of music in the 20th century.
He’s responsible for writing chart hits for many of the world’s top recording artists, including Dionne Warwick, The Carpenters, Gene Pitney, Dusty Springfield, BJ Thomas, Cilla Black, Christopher Cross and many more.
Classic tunes not only topped music charts worldwide, but also featured in top-billing box office films.
