Footy legend and long-time Cornubia local Corey Parker has sold his family acreage home for just shy of $3 million.
According to RP Data, the home was sold on April 19, by agent Nathan Strudwick from Elders Real Estate – Shailer Park.
Parker purchased the home back in 2014 and has since made two extension alterations, including the addition of a large shed in 2019.
The five-bedroom, three-bathroom abode was packed with features, including an extensive home gym set up and an entertainers kitchen taking centre stage in the heart of the home.
The expansive 6000sqm block is primed for partying with a large outdoor entertaining pavilion and inground saltwater pool.
Mr Strudwick marketed the home as a “piece of serenity”.
